Personal Assistant Female

We’re looking for a Female Personal Assistant, who will be helping manage priorities, protect focus, and ensure follow-through across the business. This role goes beyond admin work; you’ll be deeply embedded in day-to-day operations, communication, and coordination with internal departments and external partners. This is an ideal role for someone who is highly organized, anticipates needs before they arise, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, always responsive, and understands the level of responsibility that comes with supporting the CEO.

  • Manage the family's calendar, including scheduling appointments, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Accompany the CEO on all domestic and international business travel, providing seamless support on the ground
  • Coordinate household staff and communicate daily schedules and tasks.
  • Assist with personal shopping, errands, and general household management with absolute discretion.
  • Plan and organize events, gatherings, and special occasions as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Oversee the maintenance of the business and ensure that all services are performed to a high standard.
  • Provide support with travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodations.
  • Be flexible and available for after-hours requests and needs.
  • Manage daily schedules, calendars, and appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Handle correspondence (emails, calls, letters) on behalf of the employer.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
  • Run errands and assist with personal tasks when necessary.
  • Organize files, records, and ensure proper documentation.
  • Anticipate employer’s needs and proactively provide solutions.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending matters.
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Attend meetings with the CEO
  • Take meeting notes and ensure proper follow-ups with internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in business development activities, including identifying opportunities and maintaining relationships with clients and partners
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Prepare presentations, reports, proposals, and business documents
  • Conduct research and market analysis when needed
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new hires, including preparation of documentation and induction materials.
  • Represent the company professionally when speaking with clients or guests.
  • Ensure the office remains tidy, well-organised, and compliant with company standards.
  • Take initiative to improve systems and workflows where appropriate.
  • We are looking for a highly experienced Personal Assistant to CEO ( FEMALE ONLY) who will provide comprehensive personal and business support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, absolute reliability, and the ability to stay calm and effective in urgent and high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
