Job Title: Personal Assistant (Female)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills and good command over MS Office, along with the ability to handle official correspondence and daily tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative and office tasks
  • Draft and handle official letters, emails, and documents
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation
  • Assist in report preparation and data entry
  • Handle scheduling, meetings, and coordination
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support management in day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
