Prominent family office seeking personal assistant to the Interior Design Principle to work in a motivating environment with a supportive team. Will need to manage multiple projects, be highly organized and have excellent time management skills.
The ideal candidate will have Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience, private office a plus, and a 4 year degree. Must be detail oriented, have strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have strong time management skills, be a team player, highly organized, and 3-5 years relevant work experience.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Manage active calendar, appointments, phone and email correspondence

Serve as a point of contact for clients and partners; provide follow up

Coordinate/book travel as needed

Office management- purchasing supplies, filing, office organization

Execute task list with high efficiency, follow up, and consistent communication

Maintain high level of confidentiality/discretion when handling sensitive information.

Should be tech-savvy and fully proficient working with Google Suite programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Adapt to ever-changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience as Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Project Manager, or relevant work experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary:
$55,000 - $65,000 Annually
