Personal Assistant + Operations Apprentice (Part-Time, Detroit)

I'm a Detroit-based technology operator, and I'm hiring a Personal Assistant + Operations Apprentice to work beside me part-time. You'll spend about 70% of your time on work projects (coordinating tech work, running CRM and ops, research, drafting, follow-ups, project coordination) and 30% on personal support (errands, appointments, household logistics). You're not running my calendar forever — you're learning how modern operations actually work while we build.

- Work projects (~70%): support tech + business work — project coordination, CRM updates, research briefs, drafting communications, light ops

- Personal (~30%): errands, appointments, household coordination, light admin

- Work beside me in-person in Detroit, a few days a week

REQUIREMENTS

- Based in Detroit with reliable transportation (valid driver's license required)

- Strong writer and clear communicator

- Laptop-literate: Google Workspace, Slack, basic CRM or willingness to learn fast

- Discretion — you'll see personal and business details

- NO degree required. Attitude and aptitude over credentials.
