Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Personal Assistant & Operations Manager to work closely with senior leadership. This role requires a candidate who can manage executive-level coordination while also overseeing daily office operations.
The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, confident, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Personal Assistance
- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for senior management
- Handle calls, emails, and official communication on behalf of leadership
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs
- Maintain confidentiality in all sensitive matters
- Coordinate travel plans, meetings, and external engagements
Operations Management
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate between departments (marketing, sales, admin, etc.)
- Monitor team performance and ensure task completion
- Implement systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Manage internal processes and operational planning
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of contact between management and staff
- Ensure clear communication across teams
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities
- Handle client or visitor coordination professionally
Required Skills & Competencies

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role (PA / Operations / Admin Management)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Media, Management, or relevant field preferred)
- Well-presented, confident, and professional personality
- Strong decision-making and coordination ability
