SAMA ENGINEERING is seeking a smart, proactive, and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to provide direct support to senior management.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and administrative skills, with the ability to manage schedules, meetings, documentation, correspondence, and daily executive tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules
- Handle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Maintain records, files, reports, and confidential documents
- Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist management with administrative and operational activities
- Handle travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and executive support tasks
Requirements
- Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Administrator, or Secretary
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
- Strong follow-up and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting senior management or executives
- Knowledge of office administration and documentation
- Strong coordination and task management abilities
