We are an established multinational education consultancy based in JLT, requiring a Personal Assistant to CEO with added skills of a Design Administrator.
Full time - Monday to Friday.
This position is office based only.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Managing an email account and responding to emails accordingly
- Chasing up student offers with our clients on behalf of our other offices
- First line contact for queries between our clients and offices
- Creating artwork for online and offline marketing projects using Adobe Suite.
- Updating database records
- Answering the telephone
- General office administration
- Social media management
- Website maintenance
- Student Counselling and helping convert student applications
Essential criteria:
- you will be extremely organised and IT literate with outstanding communication skills and an excellent telephone manner.
- Mother Tongue English required for PA assistant to CEO
- Proficiency in computer skills must include Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and Google suite, with no less than 3 years experience in all elements
- Added Advantage - Ability to use Adobe indesign & Photoshop, social media platforms and advertising and sending newsletters/ marketing campaigns.
Equally important is a positive ‘can-do’ attitude, the ability to cope under pressure, adhere to deadlines and possess a calm demeanour.
Due to location own transport is essential.
