Personal Assistant (PA) TO General Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the GM Plant and internal departments.
  • Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
  • Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports related to production and operations.
  • Analyze operational data and present insights in a clear and structured manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including
  • Pivot Tables
  • VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
  • IF formulas
  • Data validation
  • Charts & dashboards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BS, or equivalent)
  • 2–5 years of experience as PA, Executive Assistant, or reporting role (plant/manufacturing experience preferred)
  • Proven experience in advanced Excel reporting.
