Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between the GM Plant and internal departments.
- Manage the GM’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential correspondence, emails, and official documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports related to production and operations.
- Analyze operational data and present insights in a clear and structured manner.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports to management.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Excel, including
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
- IF formulas
- Data validation
- Charts & dashboards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BS, or equivalent)
- 2–5 years of experience as PA, Executive Assistant, or reporting role (plant/manufacturing experience preferred)
- Proven experience in advanced Excel reporting.
