Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

Employment Type: onsite

Shift timings: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Nazimabad

Overview

The Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO provides high-level administrative and executive support, ensuring the CEO’s time is managed efficiently and operations run smoothly. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and experienced professional capable of handling confidential information, managing complex schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting both professional and personal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

· Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and messages.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

· Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.

· Act as a liaison between the CEO, staff, clients, or external partners.

· Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.

· Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

· Discretion and confidentiality.

· Professionalism and adaptability.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
