Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
Support the CEO in executing special projects or initiatives.
Organize internal and external meetings
Coordinate communication and information flow between departments and the CEO.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong English language (both written and spoken),
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
