  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support the CEO in executing special projects or initiatives.
  • Organize internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between departments and the CEO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong English language (both written and spoken),
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
