Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO (Remote)

Job Type: Remote | Full-Time / Part-Time (Flexible)

Role Overview

As the Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will act as a key support partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle administrative, strategic, and communication tasks, allowing the CEO to focus on high-impact business decisions and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and appointments across time zones
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
  • Assist in project management and track progress of key initiatives
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, presentations, and briefs
  • Act as a communication bridge between CEO and teams/stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
  • Support in business operations, hiring coordination, and vendor management
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, etc.
  • Comfortable working remotely with global teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with CEOs, founders, or senior executives
  • Background in startups, digital businesses, or fast-growing companies
  • Familiarity with project management tools
  • Basic understanding of business operations, marketing, or sales
