Job Title: Personal Assistant to CEO

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, schedules, and communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong organizational+
  • and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Candidate must be in UAE
  • Female only.
