We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our CEO in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency across business and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will have previous UAE experience, preferably within the real estate sector, and must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate with internal teams, property consultants, and external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality
  • Assist in preparing business presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Follow up on ongoing tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Organize and support company events, client meetings, and office-related activities
  • Monitor emails, screen calls, and prioritize communications
  • Perform personal assistance tasks when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in UAE
  • Experience in real estate industry preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Presentable, professional, and confident personality
  • Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality
