Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer. This is a critical role that involves managing the CEO’s schedule, facilitating communications, handling confidential assignments, and ensuring high-level administrative support. The role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with fluency in both English and Urdu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and edit professional emails, letters, memos, and official documents in English and Urdu.
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and confirming meetings, calls, and events.
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder meetings with pre-read preparations, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Track and maintain a log of key business action items and ensure timely completion through follow-ups.
  • Analyze reports and documentation, prepare executive summaries, and flag critical items.
  • Develop, format, and present business documents and decks using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Provide confidential administrative assistance on sensitive matters involving HR, strategy, or legal correspondence.
  • Interface professionally with internal teams, clients, auditors, and external business partners.
  • Organize business travel, accommodation, and other logistics for CEO when required.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a PA/EA or executive coordination role in a corporate or multinational setup.
  • Technical Skills:
  • MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced Level)
  • Diary and appointment management tools
  • Document control and tracking
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical mindset and reporting ability
  • Excellent time management, coordination, and multi-tasking
  • Impeccable follow-up discipline and attention to detail
  • High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional appearance

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Prior experience in the TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) industry or related fields
  • Familiarity with financial, operational, or business reports
  • Exposure to CEO or C-suite support roles
  • Understanding of ISO standards or industry certifications (a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
