Job Title: Personal Secretary to the CEO
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and communications, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings

Schedule internal and external meetings and coordinate with stakeholders

Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion

Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external parties

Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation when required

Assist with reports, presentations, and correspondence

Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and engagements
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

High level of professionalism and confidentiality

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and scheduling tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with senior leadership or CEOs
