Personal Assistant to Director
Basic Responsibilities
· Managing the Director’s calendar, setting up meetings/appointments, providing timely reminders.
· Arranging reports, presentations or documents required for meetings, noting down the minutes and helping with follow-up on action points.
· Maintain all the important data and documents.
· Drafting email correspondence for the Director.
· Managing all his email accounts and bank accounts. Also, maintaining hotel and airline membership accounts.
· Liaising with the Accounts Department for timely payment of his credit card bills, by downloading and providing the required statements.
· Making travel arrangements including visa application, booking of air tickets, hotel and rental cars, online check-ins for the Director.
· Assisting the Director/HODs in drafting out policies, plans and procedures for the company.
· Acting as a point of contact between the Director and HODs/Senior Level Executives in all the offices.
· Liaise with clients/vendors on behalf of Director, as and when instructed.
· Assisting the Director with personal administrative tasks (like personal payments, online orders, reservations, etc).
Required Skills:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree
Package: AED 4,000 +AED 4500
Job Type: Full Time.
Driving License must.
