We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Director in managing daily administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and coordination
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional attitude and presentable personality
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience supporting senior management
