Personal Assistant to Director (Female)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Assistant to Director to provide executive and administrative support to the Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling confidential matters, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and follow-ups professionally
  • Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and official documents
  • Coordinate internal meetings, office events, and external stakeholder communications
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with discretion
  • Screen and prioritize tasks, requests, and communications for the Director
  • Welcome and coordinate visitors, clients, and guests professionally
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks assigned by the Director
  • Ensure effective office coordination and smooth workflow management
  • Liaise with departments to facilitate communication and timely execution of tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in executive assistance or administrative support
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong command of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Female Preferred
  • Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and problem-solving mindset

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
