We are seeking a highly organized and professional
Personal Assistant & Office Manager
to support the Group CEO while ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. This role is critical in maintaining executive effectiveness and a well-structured work environment.
๐งฉ Key Responsibilities
Executive Support

Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials

Handle confidential correspondence and communication

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Track priorities and follow up on key action points
Office Management
-
Oversee daily office operations and administration
-
Manage vendors, supplies, and service providers for the group office

Coordinate meetings, events, and office logistics
-
Maintain a professional and efficient workplace environment

Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration or relevant field
-
+10 years of experience
supporting senior executives

Fluency in
English & Arabic
(written and spoken)

Strong proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools

High level of
confidentiality and professionalism

Preferably Female between 35-45
