About the Role

Expride Contracting, a fast-growing design and build company based in Dubai, is looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to work directly with the Managing Director.

You will be involved in almost every aspect of company operations — from administration and accounting coordination to HR, WPS, procurement, and social media management. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow fast under direct mentorship and daily guidance from the company’s Managing Director.

- Key Responsibilities

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage calendar, meetings, reminders, and correspondence for the Managing Director.
  • Handle professional communication with clients, suppliers, and staff.
  • Systemize and organize all project and company documentation (digital and physical).
  • Manage company and personal bills, renewals, and subscriptions.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and progress updates as required.

Accounting & WPS Coordination

  • Maintain financial records, track payments and expenses, and support accounting tasks.
  • Prepare data for the accountant and assist in reconciliations.
  • Handle WPS submissions and payroll coordination under Managing Director supervision.

HR & Recruitment

  • Create and post job descriptions, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Prepare contracts, maintain staff files, and track attendance and leaves.
  • Coordinate with the PRO for visas, renewals, and document submissions.

Procurement & Project Support

  • Request and organize quotations and comparison sheets.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and engineers for material and service follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of project requirements.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create posts, visuals, and short videos using Canva and Photoshop.
  • Prepare captions and descriptions (AI tools can be used when suitable).
  • Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Edit PDFs, prepare presentations, and organize marketing materials.

Personal Assistance

  • Manage personal tasks, bills, and renewals for the Managing Director.
  • Handle personal scheduling, travel coordination, and reminders.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (preferably in construction, contracting, or design).
  • Excellent English — clear communication is essential.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, Photoshop, and PDF editing.
  • Social media management experience is a plus.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, but confirms decisions before acting when unsure.
  • Based in Dubai and available for full-time office work.
  • Ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
