We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
- Coordinate and arrange travel, meetings, and business appointments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official documents
- Maintain confidential files, records, and sensitive information
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant
- Prior experience in a fit-out or construction company is mandatory
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
