Job Title: Personal Assistant

About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in Hyderabad. As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal departments
- Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as needed
- Handle administrative tasks, such as data collection and research
- Maintain calendars, organize travel arrangements, and make reservations
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
