Personal Assistant to Principal Artilect

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Manage the Principal’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Draft letters, memos, circulars, and official communications.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up action trackers.

Coordination & Liaison

  • Coordinate internal meetings and official visits.
  • Ensure timely communication of instructions, and notices.

Documentation & Record Management

  • Maintain confidential files, student/administrative records, and policy documents.
  • Ensure proper filing (physical and digital).
  • Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and reporting schedules.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant (preferably in educational institution).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
