About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a private family across their personal, household, and lifestyle needs. This individual will work closely with an existing senior assistant and serve as an integral part of a small, dedicated support team. The role spans multiple locations and requires someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities with discretion and care.


Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support across multiple residences
  • Coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers
  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and personal calendars
  • Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Support philanthropic, social, and creative engagements as needed
  • Handle personal errands, shopping, and day-to-day household needs
  • Assist with family-related logistics and occasional coordination involving children in the household


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role supporting private individuals or families
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple locations with a flexible schedule
  • Experience in a luxury, private household, or family office environment is strongly preferred
