About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Assistant to support a private family across their personal, household, and lifestyle needs. This individual will work closely with an existing senior assistant and serve as an integral part of a small, dedicated support team. The role spans multiple locations and requires someone who is professional, proactive, and comfortable managing a broad range of responsibilities with discretion and care.
Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive personal and administrative support across multiple residences

Coordinate household staff, vendors, and service providers

Manage scheduling, appointments, and personal calendars

Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel

Support philanthropic, social, and creative engagements as needed

Handle personal errands, shopping, and day-to-day household needs

Assist with family-related logistics and occasional coordination involving children in the household
Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant role supporting private individuals or families

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working across multiple locations with a flexible schedule

Experience in a luxury, private household, or family office environment is strongly preferred
