Personal Assistant to Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CTO's calendar, appointments and meetings
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
• Act as a liaison between the CTO and internal / external stakeholders
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and technical documentation
• Organize and prioritize incoming emails, messages, and meeting requests
• Coordinate logistics for conferences, speaking engagements, and offsite meetings
• Track deadlines and assist in task / project follow-ups on behalf of the CTO
• Perform general administrative duties including document management and filing
• Requirements

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant (preferably for senior leadership or technical roles)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Notion, Zoom, etc.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working across different time zones (if required)
