- Executive & Administrative Support
Manage the MD’s schedule and priorities, organize leadership and teams’ meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and document meeting minutes while tracking key action items.
- Office Coordination & Business Reporting
Support coordination of regional office activities and prepare internal reports, dashboards, quarterly reviews.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management
Manage professional communications on behalf of the MD, including coordination with headquarters, regional offices, customers, distributors, and key partners. Support preparation of executive correspondence and business updates.
- Meetings, Events & Executive Logistics
Organize management meetings, customer visits, distributor engagements, and business events. Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the MD, visiting executives, and leadership activities.
- Governance, Compliance & Risk Coordination
Support the MD in coordinating governance and compliance activities, including monitoring adherence to local laws and corporate guidelines, maintaining documentation related to organizational structure and delegated authorities, supporting risk management processes, audits, incident or crisis management coordination, and ensuring follow-up with responsible departments on regulatory, EHSQ, trade compliance, and contractual matters.
- Cross-Functional & Operational Coordination
Liaise with internal departments (sales, marketing, finance, HR, supply chain, and legal) to follow up on MD priorities, including business reporting support, employee-related matters, and ensuring timely execution of key operational and regulatory actions.
- In the lead with BASF Saudi Arabia LLC Co. and other entities' PA's in the region to keep the job profile of PA's fit and adjusted to the increasing complexity and changing requirements of the Middle East organisation.
