Job Title: Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver

Duties:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals with day to day activities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy and confidentiality
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
- Provide hospice care and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences
- Assist with heavy lifting and transferring of clients as needed

Skills:
- Knowledge of ADLs and ability to provide appropriate care
- Strong cleaning and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality
- Proficiency in meal preparation, including knowledge of special diets if required
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with transferring clients safely
