Personal Assistant/House Manager to Hedge Fund Founder

Hedge Fund Founder is hiring a House Manager/Personal Assistant.


This role will be based in NYC.

Schedule: Monday- Friday-weekends and evenings when needed.


Key duties include managing schedules, appointments, travel arrangements, errands, and daily logistics while maintaining strict confidentiality and anticipating needs. The position also involves overseeing an extensive wardrobe and accessory collection, coordinating garment care, packing and unpacking for frequent travel, and ensuring the principal is prepared for daily activities and events. Additionally, the role manages household operations by supervising housekeeping services, coordinating maintenance and vendors, maintaining inventories and supplies, handling packages and returns, and ensuring the residence remains organized and guest-ready. The assistant is also responsible for hospitality and event support, grocery shopping and provisioning, and comprehensive care coordination for the family’s small dog.


Qualifications

• Experience working in a private household environment as a senior employee required.

• Reference from a previous principal required.
