Job Overview:

We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests, providing excellent customer service while managing front desk operations. The role also requires experience in hotel reservations and flight ticket booking, ensuring smooth travel and accommodation arrangements for management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Manage the front desk, handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate hotel reservations and flight ticket bookings for employees and clients.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, itineraries, and booking confirmations.
  • Handle check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate booking records.
  • Maintain visitor logs, schedule appointments, and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support including documentation, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, and hotels to secure the best arrangements.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations
  • Handle guest or client requests and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Travel Coordinator, or similar role.
  • Experience in hotel bookings, flight ticket reservations, and travel coordination.
  • Strong communication in English and Arabic (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of travel booking platforms and reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.

Salary package is AED 7,000 (All included)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
