We are currently seeking a highly skilled, proactive, and reliable Personal Assistant to provide direct support to our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role is a critical extension of the CEO’s office and demands an individual with exceptional judgment, strong corporate acumen, and a solid understanding of legal processes.
The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, organization, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage, organize, and streamline the CEO’s daily schedules, appointments, commitments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure timely follow-ups on all matters requiring the CEO’s attention.
- Prepare, review, and organize corporate documentation, correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in overseeing various corporate initiatives or projects as assigned by the CEO.
Legal Coordination & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and external legal service providers.
- Support in reviewing, organizing, and tracking legal documents, contracts, and case updates.
- Ensure accurate communication and follow-up on legal requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with all legal and sensitive information.
Personal & Family-Related Support
- Handle personal errands, household coordination, and special requests for the CEO and his family.
- Arrange personal appointments, events, and travel itineraries.
- Provide discreet, reliable assistance that aligns with the CEO’s personal standards and expectations.
Professional Conduct & Office Presence
- Uphold excellent work ethics, punctuality, and reliability at all times.
- Maintain a composed and professional demeanor, especially when managing last-minute changes or high-pressure situations.
- Communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully across all levels, both internally and externally.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Assistant, preferably supporting top-level management.
- Strong understanding of corporate structure, legal documentation, and regulatory processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs and respond proactively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professional, approachable, adaptable, and articulate.
- Ability to manage highly confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion.
- Strong multitasking skills and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure.
- Flexibility to handle varying responsibilities and adjust to shifting priorities.
