Personal Attendant/Caregiver

We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Caregivers / Personal Attendants to provide exceptional care and support to seniors and individuals with diverse needs in private homes, assisted living communities, group homes, and nursing facilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding based on dietary needs
• Monitor client safety, well-being, and report any health concerns
• Support medication reminders according to care plans
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and organization
• Safely assist with transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, wheelchairs, or other mobility aids when needed
• Document care provided and communicate effectively with families and office staff

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, memory care, or healthcare preferred (but we welcome compassionate beginners willing to learn)
• Experience with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, Hospice, or Developmental Disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication and reliability
• Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients when necessary
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered attitude

Requirements:

• Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration (preferred)
• TB Test Clearance
• CPR / First Aid Certification
