• Customer Advice: Analyze customer financial needs, advise on suitable products (loans, credit cards), and assist with retirement or educational planning.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships, offering personalized service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Account Operations: Open, manage, and close accounts, process transactions, and handle client requests (statements, credit applications).
• Sales and Promotion: Actively promote and cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing customers.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure all actions comply with regulations, accurately maintain records in banking software, and resolve issues.
• Referrals: Refer clients to specialized staff, such as loan officers, for complex financial needs.
