• Sales & Growth: Achieve individual and sales targets for, loans, and credit cards
• Customer Advice: Provide expert guidance on financial products, services, and money management to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to increase loyalty and market share.
• Operational Compliance: Ensure all activities, documentation, and transactions comply with bank policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Service Delivery: Assist with daily banking, such as opening accounts, processing, and resolving customer queries.
