Hours: Part-Time (25–30 hours/week)

The Role

We’re hiring a highly capable Personal & Business Assistant to work directly with the founder across both personal and business operations. This role is best suited for someone who thinks like an operator, not just an executor.

You will be embedded in a fast-moving, AI-first environment where priorities shift quickly, systems are continuously evolving, and initiative is expected. Your job is to reduce friction, increase leverage, and keep both personal and business workflows running smoothly.

This is not a traditional admin role—you will be expected to actively use AI to improve how work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and daily logistics across personal and business commitments

* Oversee household operations and handle coordination of vendors, services, and ongoing needs

* Support real estate activities, including property management coordination and transaction-related tasks

* Execute errands and operational tasks efficiently with minimal oversight

* Track priorities, follow up on open items, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

* Use AI tools to research, summarize, draft communications, and streamline workflows

* Build simple systems, checklists, and automations to improve day-to-day efficiency

* Act as a reliable right hand—anticipating needs and proactively solving problems

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

* Daily, hands-on experience using AI tools (Perplexity, Claude, automation tools, etc.) in real workflows

* Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

* Proactive mindset—you don’t wait for instructions, you identify and act

* Clear, concise communicator (written and verbal)

* High level of trustworthiness and discretion

* Ability to seamlessly manage both personal and business responsibilities

Nice to Have

* Experience working in startups, tech companies, or entrepreneurial environments

* Interest in AI, software development, or emerging technologies

* Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, task managers, or automation platforms

What Success Looks Like

* The founder’s time is protected and optimized

* Tasks are completed before they need to be followed up on

* Systems and processes gradually improve over time

* AI is consistently used to increase speed and quality of output

* Daily operations feel organized, predictable, and under control
