Personal Care Aide/Caregiver

URGENTLY HIRING! Personal Care Aide (PCA)

New Hope is seeking caregivers to provide high-quality personal and companion care to our residents. Some experience in personal care, assisted living or other facilities is preferred but not necessary. We are looking for motivated, hard-working, caring people who desire to work anywhere from 20 to 40 hours a week, and have a passion for helping the elderly population!

FULL-TIME & PART-TIME positions are currently available on DAYLIGHT AND Evening shifts!

Daylight: 6am-2:30pm

Evening: 2pm-10:30 pm

8 hour & 16 hour shift opportunities!

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
• Collaborate with team members to ensure best care practices are being completed
• Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in personal care or other related fields is a plus, but not a requirement
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• High School Diploma/GED Required

Pay starting at $16.00/hour
