Personal Care Assistant

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistant Caregiver to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities. Duties

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and dietary needs
• Monitor clients well being and report any changes
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs
• Assist with medication reminders
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks
• Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care environments
• Knowledge of patient care techniques including Alzheimer's, dementia, memory care, autism spectrum disorders, and hospice care
• Familiarity with in home personal care services
• Strong observational skills for monitoring client's condition and recognizing changes requiring intervention
• Ability to perform without direct supervison in client's homes
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with office staff

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
