Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet individual dietary needs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning, laundry, and sanitation tasks
• Use specialized equipment such as wheelchairs to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance
• Document patient observations, care provided, and any incidents clearly and thoroughly in accordance with facility protocols

Requirements

• Prior experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly preferred
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred and additional certifications such as HIPAA training or dementia care are advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, Alzheimer’s disease, or memory care needs
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families while maintaining a compassionate attitude
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must pass background check and drug testing

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
