Job Description

Organizing daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for family members,

Planning and coordinating children's school, extracurricular, and social activities,

Managing and supervising household staff (cleaners, caregivers, technicians, etc.),

Handling errands such as grocery shopping, package deliveries, and bill payments,

Scheduling and managing appointments (doctor, hairdresser, service visits, etc.),

Organizing travel arrangements and reservations for the family,

Running personal errands for family members (shopping, banking, official paperwork, etc.),

Identifying home maintenance or repair needs and coordinating with service providers,

Assisting with meal planning and light meal preparation when needed,

Maintaining the overall organization and functionality of the household and suggesting improvements when necessary.
