Overview
The Personal Fitness Trainer (EMS Specialist) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized EMS-based training programs. This role focuses on client assessment, program design, performance monitoring, client motivation, and compliance with health and safety standards. The trainer plays a key role in client retention, transformation outcomes, and overall service quality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective EMS-based training programs.
- Assess clients and design individualized training programs.
- Monitor performance and adjust programs as needed.
- Motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Contribute to client retention and transformation outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Exercise Science, Sports Science, Physical Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Personal Trainer Certification from a recognized organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, ISSA, REPs, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Strong hands on experience in personal training or EMS based training.

- Solid understanding of fitness and training principles, including exercise physiology, functional training methods, and EMS training systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and engage clients effectively.
- Capability to design and adapt training programs based on client needs.
- Professional attitude with strong service, safety, and ethics mindset.
Language
- English: Required.
- Arabic: Preferred (Optional).
