We are seeking a Pre-Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team and take ownership of a significant caseload. This is an outstanding opportunity to work directly with the firm’s senior management and receive one-on-one mentorship from experienced trial attorneys who are invested in your professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage your own portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or transition to litigation.
• Learn how to handle every aspect of cases through each element of insurance coverage and client recovery.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and insurance coverage to develop strong case strategies.
• Draft and negotiate demand packages, communicate with adjusters, and advocate for fair resolutions.
• Conduct legal research and write persuasive memoranda, correspondence, and settlement arguments.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and medical providers to ensure excellent client service and case progress.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and firm leadership on case strategy and process improvements.
• Help strengthen firm systems for efficiency, client communication, and case outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• You must be a driven, smart attorney ready to learn and thrive.
• Active license in Massachusetts (Rhode Island or other neighboring states a plus).
• Experience in plaintiff personal injury practice is a plus.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills — clear, persuasive, and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities, with confidence managing a high-volume caseload.
• Knowledge of workers’ compensation law is a plus.
• A motivated self-starter who values mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning.
