Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement, work closely with case managers and legal assistants, and play a key role in driving case value.
Qualifications- 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury law
- Strong understanding of medical treatment, records, and injury valuation
- Proven ability to negotiate and settle cases effectively
Excellent communication skills with clients, providers, and insurers
- Ability to oversee and collaborate with case managers and legal assistants
Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pre-litigation personal injury caseload
- Maintain consistent, high-quality client communication
- Review and analyze medical records and treatment to support case valuation
- Prepare comprehensive demand and settlement packages
- Negotiate with insurance carriers to achieve maximum client recovery
- Supervise and guide assigned case managers and legal assistants
Collaborate with leadership on case strategy and process improvement
- Litigation support and exposure available for candidates interested in expanding into litigation
