Plaintiff's firm is excited to announce an opportunity for a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney/Associate in Massachusetts- Boston or surrounding areas. Our firm specializes in Personal Injury, auto accidents, wrongful death and slip and fall cases.

Candidates must have a proven ability to handle cases independently. Excellent legal research and analysis, written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Candidates are licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts and should also have a collaborative demeanor working within a team. If you have a craving for challenges, and are action oriented and an effective communicator, the opportunity is yours.

Responsibilities

• Handling litigation matters with full cycles, including developing legal strategies, preparing pleadings and motions, attending hearings, conducting discoveries, and running trials.
• Researching cases and writing briefs.
• Participating in settlement negotiations and discussions.
• Delegating assignments to staff and supervising their work.
• Working closely with partners, attorneys and junior attorneys, and law clerk/paralegal to manage cases.
• Representing clients in deposition, and mediation.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Personal Injury litigation experience is a must
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in Massachusetts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional law firm setting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
