Personal Injury Attorney

Job Summary
The Edward Law Group is seeking a results-driven Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for justice and a proven ability to advocate for clients who have suffered personal injuries. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through resolution, negotiating settlements, and litigating in court when necessary. You’ll be a key part of a client-focused, high-performing team committed to achieving meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of personal injury cases, from initial consultation to case resolution
• Investigate claims, gather evidence, and assess liability and damages
• Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters and defense counsel
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials
• Maintain regular and empathetic communication with clients
• Collaborate with paralegals, medical professionals, and other experts to build strong cases
• Stay current on legal trends and developments in personal injury law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) and licensed to practice law in Georgia
• 1+ years of experience handling personal injury cases (auto accidents, premises liability, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong negotiation and litigation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
