  • Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
  • Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with all legal procedures and deadlines.
  • Provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights, options, and potential outcomes related to their personal injury claims.
  • Collaborate with experts in fields such as medical professionals or accident reconstruction specialists when necessary.

Experience

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful case resolutions.
  • Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis.
  • Excellent writing skills for drafting pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
  • Experience in litigation is essential; familiarity with other practice areas like estate planning or environmental law is a plus but not required.
  • Prior legal administrative experience is preferred to efficiently manage case documentation and client communications. This role offers an engaging work environment where your expertise can make a meaningful difference in clients’ lives while advancing your professional career in personal injury law and related fields.
