Personal Injury Attorney

** Must have GA Bar License to apply. Experience is not required for this position, but is preferred. Expected commissions are $120,000-$150,000 for this role.

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of advocating for clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents or negligence. Your expertise will drive successful case resolutions, ensuring clients receive the justice and compensation they deserve. This position would be focused predominantly on the pre-litigation side. Experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip-and-falls, and workplace injuries, from inception through settlement.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as Westlaw and LexisNexis to support case strategy and ensure compliance with current laws.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, settlement agreements, and motions with precision and clarity.
• Negotiate settlements effectively with insurance companies and opposing counsel to maximize client benefits.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a GA Bar License.
• Strong research skills utilizing Westlaw, LexisNexis, and other legal research platforms.
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to favorable settlements for clients.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-volume work standards.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
