Personal Injury Attorney
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will represent clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents or negligence, providing expert legal advice and advocacy to ensure they receive fair compensation.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate personal injury claims to determine the merits of each case.

Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.

Represent clients in negotiations and litigation, advocating for their best interests in court.

Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, ensuring they understand their rights and options.

Develop case strategies and prepare for trial, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses.

Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel on behalf of clients.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

Proven experience in personal injury law, with a strong understanding of contract law and litigation.

Excellent negotiation and legal writing skills.

Familiarity with various areas of law, including criminal, civil, corporate, and intellectual property law.

Demonstrated ability in client counseling and mediation.

Strong analytical and trial preparation skills.
