We’re looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Personal Injury Case Manager to join our growing teamat Lonati Law Firm. This role is perfect for someone who can manage a high-volume caseload, communicate effectively with clients, and ensure each case progresses efficiently toward resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Case Oversight: Manage personal injury cases from intake through closure, ensuring accuracy and meeting all deadlines.
• Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing consistent updates and support.
• Insurance & Medical Coordination: Request records, communicate with adjusters and providers, and track treatment progress.
• Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents as needed.
• Problem Solving: Anticipate case challenges, help resolve issues, and assist attorneys with case strategies.
• Financial Assistance: Support billing, settlement calculations, and disbursement of funds.

Performance Expectations

• Maintain regular client check-ins every 30 days.
• Retrieve medical records and bills promptly.
• Prepare and submit complete demand packages on time.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in personal injury case management or a related legal role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in FileVine (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Independent & Adaptable: Works well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Team Player: Collaborative and committed to delivering excellent client service.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
