Type of Position: Full Time (Fully remote)

Salary Range: $25 - $35

Hours: Monday - Friday

Job description

Our firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to handle personal injury cases. You must have prior personal injury case management experience along with being able to handle a case file from intake to settlement to be considered for this position. A case manager is responsible for assisting clients in gathering all needed information to support their claim while maintaining communication throughout the case.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule doctor appointments for clients
• Open insurance claims
• Open Medi-Cal/Medicare/Private Insurance Liens
• Collect all possible information, evidence and documentation that pertains to the case
• Collect and organize medical records
• Prepare files to submit to demand writers
• Manage medical treatment while providing treatment recommendations
• Client communication

Qualifications:

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Client service-oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail and deadline oriented
