We are a growing personal injury law firm focused on client-centered advocacy. Our team manages a high volume of personal injury cases from intake through resolution, and we pride ourselves on professionalism, thoroughness, and excellent client communication.

Job Summary:
The Personal Injury Case Manager / Paralegal will manage personal injury cases from start to finish — from client intake through case resolution — and provide litigation support to attorneys as needed. You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and opposing counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intake and open new cases in the case management system.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients, update them on case status, and respond to inquiries.
  • Draft and prepare demands, complaints and discovery.
  • Draft discovery responses after coordinating with the client.
  • Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills.
  • Handle communication with insurance adjusters and medical providers.
  • Assist attorneys with litigation tasks as directed.

Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate or Associate’s degree (preferred).
  • Prior experience in personal injury case management or litigation a must.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, a must.
  • Proficiency with Case Peer, a plus.
  • Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus.
