Personal Injury Case Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation - Personal Injury Case Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing pre-litigation cases related to legal claims, ensuring efficient resolution and client satisfaction. CloudLex, Microsoft Word and Outlook software utilized.

Duties

  • Oversee the lifecycle of personal injury - pre-litigation cases from initial intake through resolution, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Manage client accounts by providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • Maintain accurate medical treatment information on a regular basis and verify all insurance coverages
  • Gather all medical documentation, insurance documentation and liability evidence

Experience

  • Minimum of two years experience handing personal injury pre-litigation files from intake to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively liaise with clients, medical providers and insurance companies
